Sie hat an einer Universität in Mexiko studiert und hat einen Abschluss in Tourismusmanagement. Isabella arbeitete zuvor in Hotels, Reisebüros, Museen und Autovermietungen in verschiedenen Ländern wie Venezuela, USA, Mexiko und Frankreich. In der Tourismusbranche konnte Isabella Erfahrungen im Verkauf und im Kundenservice sammeln.
