Lenka Willems has been working for Basel Area & Business Innovation since 2024.

Before joining as Manager People and Culture she worked in international organizations, such as Heineken and Panalpina in various HR roles, on local and global levels. She gained a profound understanding of learning and development, HR projects, and recruitment in particular. Since moving back to Switzerland in 2021, she has been active as a coach helping professionals in their career transitions.

Lenka Willems studied Human Resources at Business Economics University in Bratislava, with one semester of international exchange study at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
