Nilson Gjugja has been working for Basel Area Business & Innovation since 2024.

Before this, he gained professional experience at UBS and at a web-design startup. He is currently in his final year of the bachelor’s degree, in International Management, in Business Administration. During his studies, he spent a semester abroad in Barcelona, further enhancing his international perspective.
