Saskia Cecchi has been with Basel Area Business & Innovation since 2016.

She was previously Office Manager at the predecessor organization BaselArea. Before this, she was General Manager for the Meininger Hotel, London Hyde Park. She also worked for the Hyatt Hotel Berlin and the Hilton Hotel Basel.

Saskia Cecchi completed her apprenticeship in the hotel business before studying business administration for the hotel and catering business at the Hotel Management School Berlin. She then went on to obtain her MAS in Human Resources Management at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Northwest Switzerland.
