Ursula Bausch has been a member of the board of Basel Area Business & Innovation since 2023.

In 2005, she was appointed CEO of Baccinex SA in Courroux and is President of the Board. Before that, she held positions at Pfizer in Illertissen and Bristol-Myers-Squibb in Munich as Clinical Supplies Coordinator and Clinical Trial Scientist in the Clinical Trial Management Team.

Ursula Bausch graduated in Pharmacy at Eberhard-Karls-University, Tübingen. She completed her PhD at the Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology of the University of Basel. In 2020, she obtained an MBA from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
