Xiaoping ZOU has been working for Basel Area Business & Innovation since 2021.

Prior to that, Xiaoping ZOU worked in Shanghai as an Investments Representative, responsible for attracting and helping Chinese companies to invest in Wallonia of Belgium. She is an experienced FDI promotion practitioner.

Xiaoping ZOU studied French Language and Literature at Shanghai Int’l Studies University. She is fluent in French and English, Chinese is her mother tongue.
