Zifo RnD Solutions coming to Basel

Zifo RnD Solutions, a global provider of IT solutions for research-based organizations, opens its latest subsidiary in Basel. With Zifo Switzerland AG the company is ensuring local support for its customer base in the region.

Zifo RnD Solutions has grown from its headquarters in Chennai, India, into a global organization with offices in North America, China, Japan, UK, France, and Germany. To cater to the growing demand and requests for local support, Zifo Switzerland AG based in Basel, has been created. “Basel is a fantastic place to do business and to collaborate. We have long term and successful customer relationships in the region”, comments Raj Prakash G, co-founder and CEO of Zifo RnD Solutions, “During my last travel to Europe, Basel was a key customer location to visit, given its importance to Zifo”.
Zifo delivers services with scientific knowledge and scalability expertise supporting research, development and manufacturing as well as digital transformation initiatives in science-focused industries. Zifo’s experts from around the globe collaborate closely with local consultants to create IT solutions that help the customers to focus on their core business. “The company`s growth continues. Our aim is to attract the best people from science and informatics backgrounds”, explains Hemal Rajani, Zifo’s Director of European Services Operations.
Rajani emphazises the charms of the new location: “Basel is a beautiful city. It provides great infrastructure and a rich academic landscape. It`s also indisputably a prominent life sciences cluster. Those are great conditions to fuel Zifo`s continual growth in Switzerland, with Basel as the center of activities.” The successful settlement of Zifo in Basel was supported by the investment and innovation promotion agency Basel Area Business & Innovation.
